We are very impressed with the excellence of work. Moreso, I really appreciated how organized and neat the work crew was. At the end of the day, there was no mess for me to deal with; instead, the new addition was cleaned of trash and dirt. One rainy day, after having to haul in paneling from the truck, the floor was rather muddy. I was amused and delighted when you, Adam, planned to mop my floors! Also, all the trash, wood, and roofing materials were picked up daily.

Being approachable, available, and willing to discuss plans, changes, or explain things to us is very important to me. You always are. If we wanted to make changes, that was no problem to you, such as when we wanted to add two more windows after the others were already framed out. At one point, you wanted to make a design change for the ceiling because you felt the original plan was not as workable or attractive. You approached us with it, discussed it willingly, and because it was your idea, you covered the additional cost and did not charge us. Wow! (You were right, it looks much better!)

I have heard so many times friends complain because of builders not showing up and no call to explain, disappearing after a job was done, or not returning to fix mistakes. That has NEVER happend with you company. If we were not pleased with something, you took care of it quickly and explained why it was done a certain way.

You were right when you told us that you are not the cheapest builders -- right, you were not the lowest bid we got. But you are also right when you said you are the best. Absolutely!
